How we protect your data
- Encrypted connections: our websites and apps use HTTPS, so data between your device and our servers is encrypted.
- Passwords: stored only as one-way hashes; nobody at Raibs can read them.
- Separate apps and databases: each app runs on its own website with its own database, and each business only sees its own data.
- Access control: owners decide what each staff member can see and do. Our own staff get access to customer data only when needed for support.
- Backups: data is backed up regularly so it can be restored after a failure.
- Updates: we keep our software and servers updated with security fixes.
What you can do
- Use a strong password, different from other websites, and do not share it.
- Give each staff member their own login and remove it when they leave.
- Sign out on shared computers.
Report a security issue
If you find a security problem in our website or apps, please write to our support email with the details. Do not access other people's data or disrupt the Services while testing. We will reply, fix confirmed issues, and thank you.
